FAQ
How does the free trial work?
Seven days, once per account. Cancel before it ends and nothing is charged. The monthly bonus starts with the first paid month, not during the trial.
Where do I subscribe or buy compute?
In the iPhone and Android app, by in-app purchase. Membership and compute are linked to your account, so they are available on the web and in the app when you sign in with the same account.
How do I cancel the membership?
In the subscription settings of the App Store or Google Play, anytime. Membership runs to the end of the period already paid, and your compute balance is untouched.
What does ad-free mean?
Right now nobody sees ads. If ads are introduced on the free side later, members keep reading without them.
Does compute expire?
The balance doesn't reset — packs and the monthly membership bonus both stay until you spend them. Depending on the payment method, paid packs can carry a statutory expiry; the Terms of Service has the details.
What about refunds?
Unused paid compute is refundable within the window that starts on the purchase date; bonus compute isn't. Membership refunds go through the store you subscribed in. The full rules are in the Terms of Service.
