Company history
Co-founders Bradley Wilhite and Mark Bergendahl, who had earlier started and operated businesses including Odyssey Sports, later sold to Callaway Golf, launched the first Ascendiant entity, Ascendiant Capital Group, in 2001. The broker-dealer Ascendiant Capital Markets, LLC was organized in Nevada in 2010. Its main office is in Jupiter, Florida, with a further office in Irvine, California.
