Company history

William Gregozeski, a CFA charterholder who had worked in investment banking and buy-side and sell-side research at Capstone Investments, Gar Wood Securities and Mont Blanc Capital, founded Greenridge Global in June 2012 to serve small-cap and Asian-based companies left without broker-dealer coverage. He oversees both its operations and its research department, which is based in Columbia, Illinois.
