Shannon Cross, previously an imaging technology analyst at Merrill Lynch, co-founded Cross Research in 2003 in Short Hills, New Jersey. The firm registered as an investment adviser in 2007. In April 2022 Cross and her team joined Credit Suisse to cover IT hardware, ending her 19 years at the firm.
