Noble Capital Markets is a Boca Raton, Florida broker-dealer and investment bank focused on small- and micro-cap emerging-growth companies. It is known for company-sponsored equity research distributed free through its Channelchek platform and for its NobleCon investor conference.
Company history
Established in 1984, Noble Capital Markets is a subsidiary of Noble Financial Group and is led by chief executive Nico Pronk. It launched the NobleCon conference in 2005. In late 2018 it adopted a company-sponsored research model, with issuers paying a monthly fee and reports free to investors, and its parent launched Channelchek, which listed more than 7,000 emerging-growth public companies in 2026.

Research
Coverage concentrates on under-followed small- and micro-cap stocks in healthcare, media and entertainment, technology, natural resources, transportation, consumer and industrials. Director of research Michael Kupinski, a former A.G. Edwards media analyst, joined in 2007. Since August 20, 2018 ratings have been Outperform, Market Perform and Underperform, for potential return more than 15% above, within 15% of, or more than 15% below the current price; 93% of covered stocks were Outperform in September 2026.
