Company history
Steve Brozak, who previously held positions at Salomon Brothers, Dean Witter, Cowen & Company and Alex. Brown & Sons and is a retired U.S. Marine Corps lieutenant colonel, co-founded WBB Securities in 2001. The firm is an SEC-registered broker-dealer and a state-registered investment adviser with offices in New Jersey, New York and California, and in September 2016 it added an asset-management arm that launched a long/short healthcare fund.
