Provides medical-school education, residency preparation, continuing education, clinical content and practice solutions in Brazil. Its acquisition-led model expands the medical-school footprint and depends on approvals for medical-school seats.
Combines undergraduate medical education with residency-test preparation, continuing medical education, clinical content and technology, and digital tools for medical practice. The end-to-end model follows physicians from medical school through practice at each career stage, anchored in a Brazilian network whose roots reach back to 1999.
Acquisitions are central to expanding the medical-school footprint, with recent additions including DelRey, Unidom and FUNIC. The business depends on approvals for medical-school seats and is exposed to regulatory, legal, data-protection and cybersecurity requirements. Unidom seat authorizations remained subject to a final court conclusion at year-end.
