Markets farm output, sugar, ethanol, electricity and fertilizer by linking agricultural production to industrial processing. Its operating base spans Argentina, Brazil and Uruguay, with fertilizer production dependent on medium-term natural-gas supply contracts.
Combines farming with industrial processing across Argentina, Brazil and Uruguay. The Farming line includes Crops, Rice and Dairy, while Brazilian sugarcane mills turn company-grown sugarcane into sugar, ethanol and energy. Fertilizers completes the current three-line operating structure.
Markets farm output, sugar, ethanol, electricity and fertilizer through assets that link agricultural production to processing, rather than through farmland ownership alone. Operations pair agricultural production in Argentina and Uruguay with a Brazilian sugarcane platform.
Control changed to Tether, while co-founder Mariano Bosch remained chief executive. Fertilizer production depends materially on natural-gas supply secured through medium-term contracts.
