Runs overnight cargo, ground-support equipment, aircraft, engine, parts and digital businesses through separately managed segments. Its overnight cargo operation is anchored by a longstanding FedEx relationship, while the portfolio now includes an Australian regional airline.
Combines overnight air cargo with ground-support equipment, commercial aircraft, engines and parts, and digital solutions. Separate management teams and infrastructures operate the reportable segments, reflecting an acquisition-expanded portfolio rather than a single operating line.
Overnight cargo is built on the relationship with FedEx, a customer since 1980. The segment’s agreements include termination provisions, so that customer relationship is a continuing operating dependency.
Wholly owned operators include Mountain Air Cargo and CSA Air in cargo, Global Ground Support in equipment, and companies such as Contrail and AirCo in commercial aviation. The December 2025 Rex acquisition added an Australian regional-airline operation.
