Produces and sells crude oil, natural gas and NGLs from a Permian-heavy U.S. base, Egypt’s Western Desert and the U.K. North Sea. Cash flow funds drilling and the sanctioned GranMorgu development in Suriname, while Egypt production-sharing contracts and the planned North Sea exit shape the portfolio.
Explores for, develops and produces crude oil, natural gas and natural gas liquids through operating subsidiaries. The core producing base spans the Permian Basin in West Texas, Egypt’s Western Desert and the U.K. North Sea; U.S. operations supply most production and the largest share of proved reserves.
A larger post-Callon footprint and subsequent asset sales have concentrated Permian drilling in the Midland and Delaware basins, while seismic-led prospect selection supports exploration and development in Egypt. Growth spending also supports the sanctioned GranMorgu project offshore Suriname. Egypt operates through production-sharing contracts with state oil company EGPC and a Sinopec joint venture, GranMorgu is operated by TotalEnergies, and North Sea investment is limited to safety and integrity ahead of a planned production exit.
