Building Supply is the larger segment, while manufacturing combines company facilities with an unconsolidated Indian affiliate and external contractors.

Manufactures building-supply weather barriers and disposable protective apparel for construction, industrial, cleanroom and healthcare markets. The Building Supply segment sells housewrap, flashing, seam tape and synthetic or self-adhered roof underlayment; Disposable Protective Apparel supplies garments, masks and face shields. Finished goods carry its own brands and private labels.

Sells principally through construction and roofing distributors for building products and distributors serving industrial, cleanroom, pharmaceutical, medical and dental uses. Manufacturing and shipping are centered in Georgia and Arizona, while Indian facilities and Asian and Mexican contractors provide semi-finished materials and apparel.

Depends on independent distributors and a limited group of suppliers and contract manufacturers. Its Indian affiliate is unconsolidated and jointly owned, while respirators remain subject to NIOSH approval and facilities to FDA good-manufacturing-practice inspections.
