Builds lighting and intelligent-space systems through Acuity Brands Lighting and Acuity Intelligent Spaces. The lighting segment supplies luminaires, components, and controls; Intelligent Spaces combines Distech Controls building management, Atrius software, and QSC audio, video, and control platforms.

Sells through independent agencies, electrical distributors, direct accounts, retailers, system integrators, and OEM relationships. The two segments connect lighting, building systems, and cloud-managed experiences, while much of manufacturing is based in Mexico.

Demand follows non-residential construction, renovation, retrofit, and maintenance. Production depends on materials, electronic components, freight, tariffs, and third-party finished goods. Intelligent Spaces also depends on integrating acquired businesses, including QSC.
