Space-Based Intelligence & AI Services sells On-Demand and Assured subscriptions; Mission Solutions supplies sovereign satellite, ground-system, launch-support, operations, and training packages; Advanced Technology Programs funds customer-specific research and secure workflow integration.
Controls satellite design, manufacturing, constellation operations, ground infrastructure, and software, enabling rapid tasking and delivery while third-party sensor data can be fused into Spectra. The customer base is weighted toward U.S. defense and intelligence agencies and international governments, with commercial users a small share. Operations depend on satellite production and launch access, cloud and ground networks, U.S. remote-sensing and spectrum licenses, and government contracting rules.
