Combines technology-enabled revenue-cycle-management services with proprietary cloud solutions for US healthcare providers. Customers range from small practices to medical groups, hospitals and health systems.
Capabilities added through acquisitions include practice management, enterprise cloud, staffing, analytics and hospital-focused services. The CareCloud acquisition supplied the enterprise cloud platform, and the parent later adopted the CareCloud name.
Service and client delivery make up most of the workforce, and the operating model includes an offshore corporate operation in Pakistan. Healthcare workflows, reimbursement operations and customer adoption of the software and services shape the business in a complex, regulated environment.
