Provides mobile, fixed broadband, IPTV, and digital services across Taiwan, with Consumer Business as the main revenue base. Enterprise and International businesses extend the network into cloud, cybersecurity, data centers, AIoT, systems integration, and overseas connectivity, while regulated spectrum and continued infrastructure investment shape operations.
Runs Taiwan’s mobile, fixed-line, broadband, and MOD IPTV networks, serving households through connectivity, Wi-Fi, media, and security bundles. Consumer Business remains the main revenue base, while Enterprise Business adds data centers, cloud, cybersecurity, AIoT, private networks, and systems integration.
International Business extends fixed and mobile connectivity, roaming, submarine-cable, data-center, cloud, and managed ICT services to Taiwanese companies abroad and multinational customers. Nationwide network infrastructure and long operating experience support bundled services across consumer and enterprise markets.
Growth depends on sustained network investment, regulated spectrum and telecom licenses, cybersecurity, and resilient operations. The government retains a large ownership stake and substantial board representation, while universal-service duties and the migration from legacy technologies continue to shape execution.
