Offers wide-network PPO and HMO Medicare Advantage plans, earning premiums while using Clover Assistant to bring patient data and care recommendations into physicians' workflows. Counterpart Health licenses the platform to external payors and providers, but insurance remains the sole reportable segment and depends on CMS-regulated Medicare economics.
Offers PPO and HMO Medicare Advantage plans across several U.S. states, with wide-network PPO coverage as the flagship product. Premiums generate nearly all revenue, while Clover Assistant brings claims, clinical, medication, and other patient data into physicians' workflows to support earlier identification and management of chronic disease.
Extends the platform outside its own health plans through Counterpart Health, which licenses Counterpart Assistant to other payors and providers. Clover Home Care complements the plan network with longitudinal, home-based primary care for members with complex needs.
Pairs broad physician choice with point-of-care data and a feedback loop between plan and provider information. Insurance remains the sole reportable segment, Counterpart is not yet material to overall operations, and results depend on CMS Medicare Advantage payments, quality ratings, benefit rules, and physician adoption.
