Sponsors private U.S. real-estate funds across hospitality, residential, commercial and credit assets, earning recurring management fees and transaction-based fees from development, construction, brokerage and financing. A vertically integrated Platform combines fund management with capital formation and project execution.
Manages and sponsors private, middle-market U.S. real-estate funds across hospitality, residential, commercial real estate and credit. The Platform sources capital from accredited and high-net-worth investors, advisers, family offices and smaller institutions, then earns fund-management fees alongside development, construction-management, brokerage and financing fees. Its approach combines investment evaluation, development and client service, with third parties carrying more standardized, higher-volume work.
Operates chiefly in Arizona, Colorado and Texas for multifamily and industrial assets, while hospitality investments are nationwide, focused on population- and job-growth markets. Performance allocations depend on fund results and realization events, and development requires outside equity, debt, approvals and construction execution. The company also holds LINK under a digital-asset treasury policy, separate from its core real-estate business.
