Advances the Richmond Hill Gold Project and explores the Maitland Project in South Dakota's Homestake District, seeking to advance gold and silver deposits toward potential mines. With no metal sales or mineral reserves, funding comes principally from equity issuance and interest while the portfolio remains concentrated in a single district.
Advances the Richmond Hill Gold Project, a past-producing open-pit site in South Dakota's historic Homestake District, toward a potential open-pit, heap-leach mine. Work spans exploration, drilling, geological interpretation, metallurgical testing, permitting and pre-feasibility engineering rather than commercial mining.
Explores the nearby Maitland Project, including Unionville and JB Gold zones, while holding broader district claims and optioned surface rights, facilities and historical data. The portfolio is concentrated in Lawrence County and the northern Black Hills, with all activity reported through a single Exploration and Evaluation segment.
Has no producing mine, metal sales or established mineral reserves. Future development depends on resource conversion, technical and economic studies, permits, capital raising and the exercise of Barrick options carrying payments, share obligations, assumed liabilities and royalties.
