Develops AMP-enabled cancer immunotherapies, with ELI-002 for mutant-KRAS pancreatic and colorectal cancers as the lead program. The Amphiphile platform is designed to carry payloads with albumin to lymph nodes, where it is intended to activate cancer-specific T-cell responses.
ELI-007 and ELI-008 are preclinical follow-on candidates targeting mutant-BRAF and mutant-TP53 cancers. Clinical development is concentrated in ELI-002, which is listed as a Phase 2 program.
The current ELTX security began Nasdaq trading after a 2023 reverse merger. Planned Phase 3 development and further AMP-platform work depend on financing and partnership support.
