Industrials

Provides construction services for underground utility infrastructure, industrial facilities, and public buildings. Work centers on gas and water systems, electrical and mechanical services, HVAC/R, controls, fire protection, schools, local buildings, and small bridges, with customers concentrated in the Mid-Atlantic and Central United States.

Operates as a regional contractor platform for underground infrastructure, industrial construction, and building construction. Underground work covers water and wastewater pipelines, natural gas distribution and transmission lines, stations, corrosion protection, and horizontal drilling.

Industrial work covers electrical, mechanical, HVAC/R, controls, and fire-protection services for automotive, chemical, power, and manufacturing facilities. Building construction covers schools, state and local buildings, and small bridges.

Customer work is concentrated in West Virginia, Virginia, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Kentucky, with additional activity across nearby states. Contract awards usually come through competitive bidding, where price and timely completion matter; execution depends on construction labor, union relationships, materials, bonding, weather, and backlog conversion.
