Scale comes from shared sourcing and distribution paired with local technical knowledge, customized solutions and after-sales support. Recurring bolt-on acquisitions add branch density, customer relationships and adjacent capabilities. Results depend on construction and repair activity, supplier availability, inventory execution, specialist expertise and successful acquisition integration.
