FGI Industries Ltd.FGI
Consumer Discretionary

Sells kitchen-and-bath products across sanitaryware, bath furniture, shower systems and cabinetry through retailer, wholesale and dealer channels. Revenue comes from sourced finished goods, private-label programs and branded product lines, making supplier, logistics and customer-program execution central to the model.

Supplies sanitaryware, bath furniture, shower systems and cabinetry to home centers, online retailers, wholesalers, distributors and independent dealers. Its brands include Foremost, Contrac, Craft + Main, Jetcoat and Covered Bridge, while private-label programs extend the sourcing and merchandising model beyond company brands.

Generates product revenue through finished goods sourced from third parties, with product development, supplier management, importing, warehousing and distribution underpinning the model. The United States is its main market, alongside Canada and Europe, with newer work in India and Germany. Product innovation, retailer and wholesaler partnerships, and the Brands, Products and Channels strategy support expansion; order timing remains tied to customer inventory, shipping, tariffs and sourced supply.
