Runs a compact real-estate platform across multifamily joint ventures, industrial and commercial properties, mining royalty lands, and development parcels. Activity is concentrated along the Eastern Seaboard, with results shaped by lease-up execution, mining tenant demand, interest rates, construction costs, and weather exposure.
Owns and manages a focused real-estate portfolio through Industrial and Commercial, Mining Royalty Lands, Development, and Multifamily segments. The assets include warehouses, an office building, ground leases, leased quarry land, apartment and mixed-use joint ventures, and parcels being moved toward construction, sale, or partnership.
Works mainly along the Eastern Seaboard, with mining land concentrated in Florida and Georgia and a real-estate team anchored in Jacksonville and Baltimore. A small in-house workforce manages assets, joint ventures, and development decisions.
Execution depends on keeping apartments leased, filling industrial vacancies, integrating the Altman Logistics platform, and maintaining mineral-royalty relationships with a small group of mining tenants. Interest rates, construction costs, supply chains, tariffs, and severe weather shape project economics.
