Glass House Brands IncGLAS
Health Care

Sells greenhouse-grown cannabis biomass and branded flower, pre-rolls, gummies and wellness products, primarily through California wholesale channels. Continuing operations exclude its deconsolidated retail network and rely on greenhouse cultivation, licensed operations and third-party retailers.

Cultivates cannabis in greenhouse facilities in Carpinteria and Camarillo and manufactures branded consumer packaged goods in Lompoc. Wholesale biomass—bulk flower and trim, raw cannabis, cannabis oil and related material—is its core continuing line, complemented by branded products sold through third-party California retailers. Brands include Glass House Farms, PLUS, Allswell, REEFORM and Mama Sue.

Applies technology-assisted greenhouse cultivation, vertical integration and efficient production at scale to pursue consistent supply at attractive prices. Former retail operations are deconsolidated in Glass House Retail, whose results are treated as discontinued operations while the parent recognizes its interest through the equity method. Remaining operations are medically licensed and shaped by NYSE eligibility rules, California concentration, licensing, labor, contractors and key cultivation inputs.
