Supplies refined petroleum products and renewable fuels through terminals, logistics assets, retail-fueling sites, and convenience stores. A master limited partnership, it combines terminal infrastructure with fuel distribution and retail operations.
Moves refined petroleum products and renewable fuels through liquid-energy terminals linked to rail, pipeline, and marine assets. The same network supports fuel logistics, distribution, gasoline stations, and convenience stores.
Operations extend from Maine to Florida and into the U.S. Gulf States. Retail and terminal acquisitions have enlarged the network, including former Motiva terminals and Gulf Oil terminals.
Structured as a master limited partnership, the business is governed through Global GP LLC. Slifka-family affiliates own all ownership interests in that general partner, and Eric Slifka remains president and chief executive officer.
