Develops, manufactures, and markets targeted therapies and immunotherapies for cancer and immunological diseases. Its Oncology/Immunology business spans discovery through commercialization, while Other Ventures retains China prescription-drug and healthcare distribution activities.
In China, the internally developed medicines are Orpathys, Elunate, and Sulanda. Fruquintinib is marketed as Fruzaqla outside China through Takeda, while savolitinib is partnered with AstraZeneca.
The operating model combines in-house discovery and China commercialization with selected partners in markets outside China. Founded by a CK Hutchison subsidiary, it remains closely connected today to CK Hutchison through its largest shareholder.
