Produces Canadian oil-sands crude and integrates it with refining, nationwide Esso and Mobil fuel marketing, and Sarnia petrochemicals. Revenue combines commodity sales, market-priced internal transfers, wholesale fuel supply and business-to-business chemical sales, while ExxonMobil control and Canadian asset concentration shape the operating structure.
Produces oil-sands crude, bitumen and synthetic crude through the Kearl, Cold Lake and Syncrude assets, all in Canada. Those supplies can be sold externally or transferred through an integrated system that links resource production with refining, logistics and product marketing.
Refines and blends fuels at three facilities in Alberta and Ontario, then distributes gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, lubricants and other products through a nationwide Esso and Mobil wholesale network. The Sarnia chemical complex also makes solvents, intermediates and polyethylene resin for industrial and consumer-product uses.
Combines commodity output, trading and term supply contracts, fuel supplied to independently owned branded stations, and business-to-business chemical sales. ExxonMobil controls the company and provides shared business, operational, procurement, research and support services.
