Executes client projects through a global delivery model built around a large India-centered engineering base, overseas client teams and work distributed across time zones. Training infrastructure and targeted acquisitions add skills in experience design, Salesforce, ServiceNow, life sciences and engineering research.

Serves organizations across a geographically broad network while remaining headquartered in Bengaluru. The operating structure depends on cross-border talent deployment, sustained enterprise transformation work and access to major cloud and software platform ecosystems. Its US-traded shares are ADSs representing equity in the Indian issuer.
