Develops the wholly owned Rhyolite Ridge Lithium-Boron Project in Nevada. Future revenue depends on moving that permitted single asset through construction and on-site processing, supported by offtake relationships and Department of Energy financing.
Develops the wholly owned Rhyolite Ridge Lithium-Boron Project in Esmeralda County, Nevada. The development-stage company is focused on producing lithium and boron from that single asset rather than operating a diversified mine portfolio.
Rhyolite Ridge received final U.S. government approval to develop, and ioneer later closed Department of Energy financing for an on-site processing facility. Its development path has also included lithium offtake agreements with Ford and PPES, while Sibanye-Stillwater decided not to proceed with a proposed joint venture.
The Australian parent trades in the United States through Nasdaq ADSs, while its ordinary shares trade on the ASX. Progress remains tied to building and financing the permitted Nevada project.
