Provides U.S. specialty contracting for broadband, fiber, wireless, data-center-connectivity, and utility infrastructure, spanning planning through maintenance. Revenue is largely task- or milestone-based under multi-year master service agreements, coordinated through FUSE360 across a nationwide field network.

Plans, engineers, builds, installs, locates, repairs, and maintains broadband, fiber, wireless, data-center-connectivity, and utility infrastructure through a nationwide U.S. field network. Engineering & Maintenance covers network design, permitting, installations, upgrades, utility-asset locating, and routine or emergency repair; Infrastructure Deployment handles aerial and underground fiber construction, directional boring, conduit, wiring, backhaul, wireless deployment, and underground civil work.

Earns most work through unit-based contracts, with multi-year master service agreements forming the main commercial framework. FUSE360 links recruiting, field operations, quality control, project status, finance, and billing across employees, subcontractors, and acquired businesses.

Customer work volumes depend heavily on Comcast and Charter, while agreements commonly allow termination or changes without a minimum purchase requirement. Outdoor, excavation-heavy work is shaped by safety and licensing obligations, weather, subcontractor performance, and integration of acquired operations.
