Information Technology

Sells meters, connected endpoints, communications networks, and software to utilities and cities managing energy, water, and critical infrastructure. Revenue spans devices, end-to-end network deployments, recurring analytics and managed services, plus software for worker safety, damage prevention, emergency response, and utility construction.

Combines electric, gas, water, and heat meters with communicating endpoints, multipurpose networks, and operational software for utilities and cities worldwide. Device Solutions covers measurement, control, and sensing hardware. Networked Solutions packages smart meters, modules, sensors, communications infrastructure, headend software, and applications for metering, grid-edge, distributed-energy, and smart-city uses.

Turns device and network data into recurring software and managed services through Outcomes, including data management, grid operations, forecasting, customer engagement, water-loss reduction, revenue assurance, and distributed-energy management. Resiliency Solutions adds Urbint's worker-safety, damage-prevention, and emergency-response software and Locusview's digital construction management. Large deployments can span multiple years, with bookings and revenue timing shaped by regulatory or contractual approvals, component availability, and customer project schedules.
