Invesco Ltd.IVZ
Financial sector

Manages active funds, ETFs, QQQ, private-market strategies and liquidity products for retail and institutional clients worldwide. Most revenue comes from fees tied to assets under management, making market levels, client flows and product mix central to results.

Manages active and passive investments for retail and institutional clients across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific. The platform spans ETFs and Index, Invesco QQQ, Fundamental Fixed Income, Fundamental Equities, Private Markets, Invesco Great Wall in China, Global Liquidity and Multi-Asset strategies.

Combines specialist investment teams with distribution through advisers, banks, wealth platforms and institutional relationships. ETFs and Index form the largest capability, while QQQ remains a distinct Nasdaq-100 ETF franchise.

Earns substantially all revenue from investment-management contracts, with fees generally based on assets under management and varying by strategy. Results depend on market levels, client flows, investment performance and product mix; clients can redeem funds or terminate mandates on short notice.
