Information Technology

Designs custom capacitors, RF and microwave filters, advanced microphones, and balanced armature speakers for defense, industrial, medtech, electrification, hearing-health, and specialty-audio applications. Revenue comes from OEM sales and distributors, with customer concentration in hearing health and a major distributor in Precision Devices.

Designs and manufactures specialty electronic components through Precision Devices and MedTech & Specialty Audio. Precision Devices supplies custom high-performance capacitors and RF and microwave filters for defense, industrial, medtech, and electrification applications. MedTech & Specialty Audio makes balanced armature speakers and advanced microphones for hearing-health and specialty-audio devices.

Pairs application-specific engineering with high-reliability production at scale, selling directly to OEMs and through representatives and distributors. Sales, engineering, and manufacturing span North America, Europe, and Asia, with production concentrated in North America and Asia.

Depends on customer design wins, qualification cycles, and timely volume ramps. The hearing-health business is concentrated among a small group of customers, while Precision Devices relies on a major distributor and specialized material and foundry suppliers.
