Commercializes VYJUVEK, a topical, redosable gene therapy for dystrophic epidermolysis bullosa, across the United States, Europe, and Japan. The treatment is approved in the United States, European Union, United Kingdom, and Japan, with direct launches in major markets and specialty distributors elsewhere.

Builds engineered HSV-1 vectors for noninvasive or minimally invasive delivery across skin, eye, lung, and tumor tissue. Clinical programs include eye drops KB803 and KB801, inhaled KB407 and KB408, topical KB111, and oncology candidate KB707; Jeune Aesthetics develops injectable skin-aging program KB304. Development and commercial production are supported by two in-house manufacturing facilities.

Revenue remains concentrated in VYJUVEK, while European access depends on country-level pricing and reimbursement and every other program remains investigational.
