Provides outpatient diagnostic imaging and radiologist interpretations through locally branded centers, health-system joint ventures and professional-services relationships. Revenue is earned per scan and read, supported by centralized scheduling and authorization plus the Connexia teleradiology network.
Operates an outpatient diagnostic-imaging network through its Outpatient Imaging Center and Professional Services businesses. The first provides MRI, CT, PET, X-ray, ultrasound and mammography, along with radiologist interpretations, from locally branded freestanding centers; the second reads studies for third parties, primarily hospital imaging departments.
Builds regional networks across multiple U.S. markets through health-system joint ventures, acquired platforms and de novo sites, while centralizing scheduling, authorization, technology, procurement, sales and management support. Connexia routes studies to subspecialized radiologists for remote interpretation, supplementing independent radiology practices.
Payment is generally tied to scans and interpretations at government-set or negotiated insurer rates. Operations depend on provider referrals, radiologist and technologist capacity, payor network status and reimbursement, joint-venture governance, clinical regulation, and third-party systems that handle images, scheduling, billing and AI-supported workflows.
