Turns low-value PET plastic and polyester fiber into Loop™ PET resin and Twist™ polyester fiber. Revenue development combines material sales, partner ventures, and royalty-bearing technology licenses, with commercialization projects in India and Europe.
Uses proprietary depolymerization technology to turn low-value PET plastic and polyester fiber from bottles, packaging, carpets, and clothing into DMT and MEG. Those components are purified and polymerized into virgin-quality Loop™ PET resin and Twist™ polyester fiber, sold directly and through partners for packaging and fiber applications.
Commercialization combines material sales, joint ventures, and royalty-bearing technology licenses. A joint venture with Ester Industries is advancing a facility in India, while Reed Societe Generale Group holds the first European technology license. The business depends on licensing, financing, construction, and scaling of its technology and facilities.
