Consumer Staples

Sells branded spices, seasonings, condiments, and sauces through retailers while supplying custom flavor systems and packaged products to food manufacturers and foodservice customers. Consumer generates most sales and carries higher margins; Flavor Solutions has concentrated exposure to a small group of large customers.

Manufactures and markets spices, herbs, seasoning mixes, condiments, sauces, and other flavor products through Consumer and Flavor Solutions. Consumer sells brands including McCormick, Frank’s RedHot, French’s, Cholula, Old Bay, and Lawry’s through retailers; Flavor Solutions develops seasoning blends, compound flavors, coatings, and custom condiments for food manufacturers and foodservice customers.

Operates across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific, combining local brands and production with sensory testing, culinary research, and food-safety capabilities. Consumer generates most sales and carries higher margins, while long-standing custom programs support Flavor Solutions.

Relies on globally sourced agricultural inputs, food-safety compliance, a major retail customer, and a concentrated group of Flavor Solutions customers. The proposed combination with Unilever Foods remains pending and would replace the current segment structure after closing.
