Metalla Royalty & Streaming Ltd.MTA
Materials

Acquires gold, silver, and copper royalties and streams that pay from third-party mines, rather than operating mines itself. A broad, mostly pre-production portfolio is managed by a small team, making cash flow dependent on operators, commodity prices, and contract terms.

Acquires and manages gold, silver, and copper royalties, streams, and similar production-based interests, rather than operating mines. The portfolio includes producing interests such as Tocantinzinho, Wharf, Aranzazu, and Endeavor, plus development interests at Côté-Gosselin, Taca Taca, Copper World, Castle Mountain, and Wasamac. Payments arise from contractual shares of mine production or metal acquired under stream agreements, with assets in the Americas, Australia, and other mining jurisdictions.

Runs a broad portfolio with a small internal team and seeks long-life assets operated by established miners. Revenue depends on decisions, performance, reporting, and financing by third-party operators; most interests remain outside production, while payments also vary with gold, silver, and copper prices. The rights are contractual and can be limited by caps, buybacks, and enforcement conditions.
