Energy

Rents gas-engine and electric-drive compressor units for oil and gas production, with smaller sales and aftermarket service work. Revenue is dominated by rentals, and activity is concentrated in US producing basins, especially the Permian.

Rents natural gas engine and electric motor drive compressor units for oil and gas production and processing facilities. The core fleet supports large and medium horsepower gas-lift applications, while sales and aftermarket services cover components, call-out work, commissioning, and overhauls.

Operations are concentrated in US producing regions, with the Permian Basin as the main rental market and additional exposure to Texas, New Mexico, and Ohio basins. The Flatrock acquisition added more rental compression density in the Permian and Eagle Ford.

Execution depends on matching equipment to customer applications, field service reliability, mechanical availability, and technology features such as eComp, SMART, and telemetry. The business is shaped by oil and gas activity, rental renewals, major customers, fabrication capacity, competition from larger service providers, and environmental regulation.
