Nexentis Technologies, formerly N2OFF, is a Nasdaq-listed company centered on MitoCareX Bio, a mitochondrial SLC25 drug discovery platform. It also manages European renewable-energy investments and a Save Foods subsidiary focused on post-harvest produce treatment.
Nexentis Technologies emerged from N2OFF's February 2026 rebranding after the company acquired MitoCareX Bio in October 2025 and made it a wholly owned subsidiary. Its core business is now computational drug discovery around mitochondrial SLC25 carrier proteins, using MitoCareX's MITOLINE platform for structural modeling, virtual screening, and early biological validation of small-molecule candidates in resistant cancer and inflammatory metabolic disease programs.
The company still manages a portfolio outside biotech: European solar projects under a Ready to Build investment model and a Save Foods subsidiary that develops post-harvest treatments for fruits and vegetables. The business is early-stage and depends on preclinical progress, access to capital, partner interest, and management's ability to balance biotech development with non-core energy and agriculture assets.
