The battery operation manufactures in Vermont and deploys across North America, while the corporate office is in Florida and Liora's equipment is in the United Kingdom. Audited post-merger revenue, margins, backlog and customer concentration were not yet publicly disclosed; manufacturing depends on partner-supplied battery packs, enclosure capacity and system integration.
