Supplies long-cycle energy systems alongside shorter-cycle products, services, and rentals for upstream customers. Its two segments pair Energy Equipment with Energy Products and Services across a global footprint.

Supplies long-cycle Energy Equipment, including land and offshore drilling systems, offshore construction and wind-turbine-installation vessels, FPSO-related equipment, and production and midstream equipment. Aftermarket support includes spares, repair, and rentals.

Energy Products and Services provides drill bits, downhole tools, premium drill pipe, drilling fluids, completion tools, artificial-lift systems, and composite pipes, tanks, and structures for drilling through production. Customers include major-diversified, national, and independent service companies, contractors, and energy producers across 57 countries.

Operations extend worldwide. The business is organized around the Energy Equipment and Energy Products and Services segments following a reporting-structure consolidation.
