Operates a network of 13 international airports in central and northern Mexico. Monterrey anchors a portfolio that includes tourist, regional-city, and border-city airports. Incorporated in 1998 from government-owned airport assets, it was part of Mexico's airport restructuring.
Aeronautical services generate passenger, landing, parking, passenger-walkway, and airport-security charges. The broader mix includes parking, retail, restaurant, and advertising leases, hotels, cargo logistics, and an industrial park.
Concessions granted in 1998 require continuous, public, non-discriminatory service, maintenance, and investment through airport master development programs. Aeronautical charges are subject to maximum-rate regulation; commercial and diversification activities generally are not.
