Develops and markets acquired OTC health and personal-care brands spanning better breathing, women’s health, eye care, digestive care, pain relief, and therapeutic skin care. North America drives most sales, while international exposure is expanding through Breathe Right and Australia-based LaCorium.

Develops, markets, and distributes over-the-counter health and personal-care brands across better breathing, women’s health, eye and ear care, digestive care, pain relief, oral care, dermatology, pediatric care, and sleep. Breathe Right, now its largest brand, joins Monistat, Summer’s Eve, Clear Eyes, TheraTears, Dramamine, Fleet, and DenTek; the LaCorium acquisition adds Dermal Therapy in Australian therapeutic skin care.

Runs an acquisition-led model that pairs established brands with advertising, product extensions, and broad retail distribution. North America supplies most revenue, while Australia, Europe, and other international markets form a smaller but expanded footprint.

Operates through North American OTC Healthcare and International OTC Healthcare. Production is mostly outsourced, sales are concentrated among major retail and e-commerce customers, and products are governed by FDA and foreign regulations.
