Information Technology

Sells semiconductor manufacturing analytics, factory-connectivity software, secure remote access, test chips, and e-beam inspection systems. Revenue comes mainly from platform licenses, subscriptions, engineering work, and system sales and leases, with a smaller usage-linked stream; a concentrated customer base spans foundries, chipmakers, test providers, and equipment suppliers.

Provides data infrastructure for semiconductor design, manufacturing, and test. Exensio unifies factory and test data for analytics; Sapience connects equipment and enterprise systems; Cimetrix supplies standards-based equipment interfaces. DirectScan pairs e-beam inspection with electrical characterization, while Characterization Vehicle test chips generate process data for yield learning. secureWISE gives equipment suppliers and fabs managed private-network access.

Earns mainly platform fees from licenses, SaaS, support, engineering work, CV projects, and DirectScan systems. Smaller volume-based fees track Cimetrix runtime licenses, secureWISE data, and CV royalties. Serves chip designers, foundries, integrated device makers, packaging and test providers, and equipment manufacturers worldwide. A few customers account for more than half of revenue; volume-based fees depend on equipment shipments, network usage, and customers' chip sales.
