Industrials

Produces emission-certified, fuel-flexible engines and integrated power systems for power-system, industrial and transportation customers. A single reportable segment combines engineering, testing and manufacturing, while Weichai's ownership and board rights give it material governance influence.

Builds emission-certified engines and power systems for power-system, industrial and transportation markets. Its fuel-flexible portfolio runs on natural gas, propane, biofuels, gasoline and diesel; propane and natural-gas engines made up most units sold.

A systems-integration approach brings engineering, procurement, packaging, testing and manufacturing together within one reportable segment. Based in Wood Dale, Illinois, it supplies engines alongside integrated power-system solutions.

Weichai is its strategic controlling shareholder, with ownership and board-rights arrangements that give it material influence over governance. The company returned to Nasdaq in December 2024 after trading on OTC Pink.
