Provides hydraulic fracturing, wireline, and cementing for Permian Basin operators, with hydraulic fracturing generating most revenue. PROPWR adds contracted, mobile gas-to-power services for oil and gas, industrial, and data-center customers, while the business remains tied to regional completion activity.
Provides hydraulic fracturing, wireline, and cementing services for upstream operators, with completion work concentrated in the Permian Basin's Midland and Delaware sub-basins. Its fleets support high-intensity well designs, including simultaneous fracturing, and combine conventional, dual-fuel, and electric-powered equipment. Wet-sand logistics from AquaProp complement the pressure-pumping operation.
Runs PROPWR as a second platform, installing mobile natural-gas-fueled generators at customer sites and selling turnkey power under usage- or time-based contracts. The service now supplies oil and gas, industrial, and data-center customers in the United States. Hydraulic fracturing remains the largest revenue source, so activity and pricing depend heavily on Permian operators' completion budgets and oil and gas economics; the power buildout also depends on equipment deliveries, customer contracts, and access to capital.
