Its customer-centric digital strategy combines financial and non-financial services, with the SuperApp integrating savings, investments, payments and services. Its mobile app handles most customer transactions. The group is family-controlled and owns its operating subsidiaries directly or indirectly.
Operations are shaped by Argentina’s economic conditions and the financial sector’s exposure to the public sector. Management has described a near-term focus on private-sector lending.
