Talos Energy Inc.TALO
Energy

Sells oil, natural gas and natural gas liquids from operated and partner-run offshore fields, with production concentrated in the U.S. Gulf. Deepwater hubs and subsea tiebacks anchor the portfolio, while commodity prices, shared infrastructure and decommissioning obligations shape cash generation.

Explores, develops and produces crude oil, natural gas and natural gas liquids through a single Upstream business centered on the U.S. Gulf. The portfolio spans operated and non-operated deepwater fields, production hubs and a smaller shelf position, with offshore Mexico investments and an early-stage Honduras exploration position.

Uses subsurface interpretation, subsea tiebacks and existing host facilities to bring discoveries online and extend mature fields, while acquisitions add producing assets and development inventory. Revenue comes from selling production, with oil providing most current volumes. Cash flow depends on commodity prices, facility and pipeline availability, partner execution and hurricane exposure. Federal and foreign offshore rules also govern leasing, drilling and financial assurance, while wells, platforms and pipelines carry plugging and decommissioning obligations.
