Produces copper concentrate, molybdenum and copper cathode from Gibraltar in British Columbia and Florence Copper in Arizona, while advancing Yellowhead. Gibraltar was the sole revenue source before Florence began contributing sales; the newer in-situ recovery operation remains subject to permits, offtake, stream and royalty agreements.

Operates Gibraltar, a wholly owned open-pit copper-molybdenum mine in British Columbia, alongside Florence Copper, an in-situ recovery operation in Arizona. Gibraltar mills sulphide ore into copper concentrate and by-products, while its solvent-extraction/electrowinning plant also turns oxide stockpiles into copper cathode. Florence uses wells, solution extraction and electrowinning to make Grade A cathode without a conventional open pit.

Develops Yellowhead, a British Columbia copper-gold-silver project that remains in environmental assessment. Gibraltar concentrate is sold through offtake agreements and relies on CN rail and Port of Vancouver terminals; Florence sells cathode and has offtake, stream and royalty arrangements tied to its output. Copper-price exposure, wellfield ramp-up, permits, water, power, consumables and skilled labour shape operating results.
